ABOUT KABBALAH
Kabbalah isn’t what most people think it is.
It isn’t a Jewish thing. It isn’t a Madonna thing. It isn’t a self-help thing. It’s not a religion, and in truth, it’s not even spirituality. Kabbalah is a 2000-year-old wisdom for change that over a million people around the world are learning. It is the same wisdom that was once taught and understood only by thought leaders throughout history, including Plato, Sir Isaac Newton, and Albert Einstein, all of whom used it to uncover the fundamental nature of this world—ahead of their time. Today, because of modern technology the wisdom of Kabbalah is available to anyone who wants to learn.
Each and every one of us has a Divine spark of potential inside, a purpose to fulfill in this lifetime. If we are alive, we are here on earth for a reason and we are capable of more. The reason our lives are filled with confusion, uncertainty and fear is because we are not on the path towards achieving our potential.
But learning the wisdom of Kabbalah rouses us from our sleep, awakening us to our greater potential, activating our inner compass, and pointing us in the direction of what we came here to do—to shift our mindset and awaken consciousness on a personal level so that we can achieve lasting global change. This is the purpose of studying Kabbalah.
If you are intrigued and would like to know more, but are not sure how much more, we invite you to start with Yehuda’s new book, The Power to Change Everything, which demonstrates how simply shifting our mindset allows us to transform every situation, no matter how bleak it appears to us.

Kabbalah Centre International is the leading organization dedicated to bringing the wisdom of Kabbalah to all the people of the world. The Kabbalah Centre itself has existed for more than 80 years, but its spiritual lineage extends back to the revelation of the ancient kabbalistic text, the Zohar, more than 2000 years ago.
Do you need to be Jewish to study Kabbalah?
No. The biggest misconception about Kabbalah is that it is Jewish religion or Jewish mysticism. It is quite understandable that Kabbalah could be confused with Judaism because many kabbalistic scholars throughout history have been Jewish. But there have also been many non-Jewish scholars of this wisdom, such as Christian Knorr-von-Rosenroth, Pico Della, Sir Isaac Newton, and Plato. Kabbalah Centre International has Centres and study groups around the world, and 85% to 90% of the students who study Kabbalah are not Jewish.
If I study Kabbalah, will it take the place of my religion?
No. Kabbalah does not replace religion; it enriches your experience of it. You can be a devout follower of any religion and still appreciate the inner awareness that Kabbalah enhances as it awakens your desire and your ability to grow.
Can I benefit from studying Kabbalah if I am an atheist?
Yes. Whether you believe in God or not, you have a Divine spark of potential inside, a purpose to fulfill in this lifetime. If your life is filled with confusion, uncertainty and fear, it is because you are not on the path towards achieving that potential. As long as there is something in your life or the world that you would like to change, you will benefit from using the wisdom of Kabbalah.
How will my life change if I study Kabbalah?
Learning the wisdom of Kabbalah creates an awareness inside us that leads us to have both the desire and the ability to change. It can activate our inner compass, pointing us in the direction of what we came here to do. Kabbalah will show you how to understand and begin the process of transforming the challenging or painful aspects of your life into a life filled with greater clarity, understanding, and freedom.
If Kabbalah is a 2000-year-old wisdom, why didn’t it hit the mainstream centuries ago?
Kabbalah did not hit the “mainstream” centuries ago simply because humanity was not ready to receive it. Imagine if computers or the Internet had been introduced to people in the 1700s. It would have been difficult, if not impossible, for the average person to comprehend such remarkable technology. In the past, advanced ideas have caused revolution and destruction. Kabbalah is a wisdom for peace and fulfillment, and always intended to be made available to every generation. However, when the world was not yet ready for this wisdom, kabbalists were persecuted and Kabbalah remained concealed. Today, now that people are open and welcoming of change, the wisdom of Kabbalah can be understood and accepted by anyone and everyone, and millions of people of all faiths all over the world now study Kabbalah.

When do people typically start studying Kabbalah?
People typically start studying Kabbalah when they don’t find the answers they are looking for in the places they expect to find them.
